Data & Privacy

What happens to the documents I upload?

We do not store any uploaded documents. All files are securely deleted from our server once the processing is complete.

Do you train your AI using uploaded data?

No. We do not use any customer-uploaded data for AI training. Your data remains private and is never reused and deleted soon after the upload is finished.

Is your AI locally hosted or cloud-based?

Our AI infrastructure operates on locally hosted servers under our direct management and control. We maintain complete data sovereignty with end-to-end encryption using TLS 1.2+ protocols, role based access controls (RBAC), enterprise-grade secure hosting, and a zero-retention policy.

Can I review or edit the AI’s results?

Yes. All extracted data is displayed in an easy-to-use Data Table within the app, allowing you to review and make edits before finalizing your work.

How well does the system handle poor-quality or handwritten documents?

Our system has successfully extracted data from extremely poor-quality scanned documents, including cursive handwriting from as far back as 1886. While results may vary depending on the condition of the document, our tools are optimized for historical and difficult records.
